Declan Hercules: We've moved!

Phew!  It's been a whirlwind two months since the holidays.  We are fully moved into our new house - though it required a TON of work and lots and lots of trips between the two houses.  I love my new room and particularly our huge deck where I ride my bike and Keevah drives her little red sports car.  We have an amazing view of the whole valley, and can even see San Francisco!

We managed to squeeze some Tahoe time into the past two months as well.  Uncle Ben & Auntie Aubree, and cousins Rinnah, Providence and new baby cousin Antalya were in town from Jordan. We celebrated Gee's 70th birthday in Tahoe with everyone together.  I loved skiing with Auntie Aubree, and Keevah is getting so much better - even going on the chair lifts and skiing without her harness already!  That girl is fearless!  We had such a great time playing with our cousins - just wish we got to see them more often...  We had some professional photos taken of the whole gang too!

Keevah Nyx: Santa Claus came to town!

Santa has come and gone, and we had a marvelous holiday!  It all started on Christmas Eve - with our annual outing to see the  Christmas lights in Napa.  It never disappoints! Then we headed out to the FARM restaurant - where we have enjoyed Christmas Eve dinner every year since moving to Napa. I enjoyed my normal bowl of noodles with parmesan cheese (same as Declan!), while Mama and Dada ordered a few courses of overly-fancy food!

After a long wonderful dinner, we headed back home for 'Twas the Night Before Christmas!

All ready for  Santa

At last it was Christmas morning...Declan and I came downstairs together and beheld an amazing sight!  So many presents!  We opened stockings, then ate breakfast, and then opened the presents under the tree. My favorite was a new bunny rabbit bank, unicorn blanket and shoes, and a toy sword!  Declan loved his two fencing sabers, nerf guns, and an enormous box of bouncy balls! But our number one present was a trip to Disneyland that will occur in March!

After Christmas, we went to Tahoe to meet Gee & Grandpa, and Uncle Ben, Auntie Aubree, Cousins Rinnah and Providence...and our newest baby cousin Antalya!  We took a few (freezing) family photos, which turned out amazing.  But my favorite times were skiing with my family!  I'm getting better and better, and actually got on a ski lift instead of just the bunny slopes!

Watch out world!  I'm on skis again!

Everyone had a bad cold, but we've finally all recovered.  On top of it, we BOUGHT A NEW HOUSE!  I love it, but it's apparently a lot of work to move for the grown ups.  We should be completely moved over in a few weeks!
